Also wenn meine Carbon sticks 410 (schwarz)
gebrochen sind un ich die einschicken will brauch ich keine rechnung ??
un noch was wenn ich die einschicke könn die mir dann auch stat den 410ern 350 gebn ??

Also wenn ich nicht ganz blind bin (und mich so früh nicht verlesen habe) wird in diesem thread an die 3x erwähnt das du bei deinem Shop wo du die Sticks gekauft hast sehrwohl eine Rechnung brauchst, bei Henrys direkt jedoch nicht.
Ob du deine 410er gegen 350er umtauschen kannst.... bezweifle ich, jedoch hat diabo-lothar geschrieben das henrys das sowieso aus Kulanz macht und somit würde ich einfach frech und freundlich fragen ob es möglich wäre.
Mit einem klaren Ja oder Nein kann es dir sowieso nur von Henry selbst beantwortet werden.

ich hab mal direkt bei henrys nachgefragt wie das mit dem umtauschen ist.
hier die antwort:
Hallo,
bitte entschuldige die späte Rückmeldung. Auch nach der EJC war hier noch
einiges los.
Man kann auf keinen Fall pauschal sagen, dass der Umtausch auch ohne
Kassenbon möglich ist.
Da viele unserer Handstäbe über den Einzelhandel verkauft werden, können wir
dazu keine Aussage treffen. Das hängt dann immer vom jeweiligen Händler ab.
Falls die Handstäbe direkt bei uns gekauft wurden, können wir das hier ja
auch nachvollziehen.
In diesem Fall hängt es natürlich auch vom Kaufdatum, bzw. vom
Reklamationsgrund ab.
Hier sind wir, glaube ich, recht kulant. Allerdings gilt auch für die
Carbon-Handstäbe keine lebenslange Garantie.
Da es sich ja auch bei den Handstäben um Verschleissteile handelt, können
wir die auch gar nicht geben.
Trotzdem, wenn es irgendwelche Qualitätsprobleme mit unseren Produkten gibt,
ist es für uns als Hersteller natürlich auch gut, wenn wir das mitbekommen,
um dann eventuell Produktionsweise bzw. Material nochmal genauer zu prüfen.
